Refund Policy

You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return under our 30-day return policy.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Make sure to keep the receipt or proof of purchase as well.

Should your return be accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items that are sent back to us without requesting a return will be rejected.

Damages and issues

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or the wrong one upon receipt, please immediately contact us so that we can evaluate the issue and fix it.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items that are perishable (like food, flowers, or plants), custom products (like special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (like beauty products) cannot be returned. Returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases are not accepted. Feel free to contact us if you have any inquiries or concerns about your specific item.

It is unfortunate that we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

 

Replacement

To get what you want, the fastest way is to return the item you have and purchase a new one separately once the return is accepted.

 

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If the merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason or no reason at all. As mentioned above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. The receipt or proof of purchase is necessary as well.

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. It is important to note that your bank or credit card company may need time to process and post the refund.
